For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply.
Consumer is any natural person who is not an entrepreneur within the meaning of §1 KSchG. Paragraph 1 Z 1.
In accordance with the Austrian small business regulation §6 Abs.1 Z27 UStG no VAT is shown in our online-shop as well as on our invoices.
Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Michelle Kraemer. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially put our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrective aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment order to PayPal.
The language available for the contract is English.

We will contact you for an appointment as soon as your order is ready for collection.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
In our shop you can use the following payment methods:
+ Payment in advance: If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
+ PayPal: In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. You’ll get more information during the ordering process.
+ Cash on pickup: You pay the invoice amount cash when you pick up your order at our studio.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the legally regulated 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal by means of a clear statement (such as a registered letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Or you can use the attached model withdrawal form.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the clear cancellation before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Due to a valid cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including delivery charges. We can refuse the refund until we get the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us as soon as possible, at the latest within fourteen days after revocation of the contract. The deadline is respected with the shipping date.
The costs of the return are to be borne by the buyer of the goods.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are any special designs on customer request as well as damaged goods.
Custom-made items include the manufacture of items according to customer requirements (eg material, color, finish) and the production of collection items in non-stocked sizes.
Reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
Within the scope of the following provisions we guarantee the contractual quality of our articles. For aspects of the artistic design of the articles, we assume no warranty.
Claims for damages for damage to the assets of the buyer are hereby excluded, unless they result from grossly negligent or intentional behavior of the seller or manufacturer.
Place of performance and jurisdiction: The place of performance of the contract is the place of business of the seller: Stoss im Himmel 3 / 3a, 1010 Vienna. All disputes arising from this legal relationship are subject to the law of the Republic of Austria, the jurisdiction is as far as permitted by law in Vienna.

In the event that individual points of these terms and conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining points remains unaffected
